Whether you're exploring coaching for the first time or ready to get started, I'd welcome a conversation about how we might work together.
The best way to start is with a conversation. Choose whichever approach works best for you:
Schedule a 30-minute exploratory conversation to discuss your goals and see if coaching is the right fit.
Prefer to write first? Send me a message describing what you're looking for, and I'll respond within 24 hours.
Here's how the coaching process typically unfolds:
We'll start with an exploratory call to discuss your situation, goals, and challenges. This is a chance for you to experience my approach and for both of us to assess fit. No commitment required.
If we decide to move forward, we'll establish a coaching agreement that outlines our working relationship, session frequency (typically bi-weekly or monthly), and target duration (often 3-6 months).
We'll meet regularly for 45-60 minute sessions. Between sessions, you'll work on applying insights and taking action. Coaching is most effective when you're actively engaged in the process.
We'll periodically assess progress and adjust our focus as needed. Some clients complete their goals in just a few sessions, others a few months, while some decide to continue for longer-term development. The timeline is yours to define.
Most coaching relationships run 3-6 months with sessions every 2-4 weeks. Some clients work on specific transitions and complete in a few months, while others continue for ongoing development. We'll discuss what makes sense for your situation. There is always an option to exit the agreement and should you wish I can also recommend other coaches that might be a better fit.
I normally work on an outcome and value basis, so the price is something we discuss once we have clarity on the objective. To give examples it can range from CHF 1500 for a shorter, less critical engagement to CHF 5000 for a major personal opportunity. That said, I always offer an exit as part of our agreement, and provide a money-back guarantee if you are not satisfied with the results.
I offer reduced rates for women in their first five years of professional work. This reflects my commitment to gender equality and ensuring coaching is accessible at the start of your career journey. We'll discuss specific pricing during our initial conversation.
Everything discussed in coaching sessions is strictly confidential. I follow ICF ethical guidelines and will never share details of our conversations without your explicit permission. This confidentiality is essential to creating the safe space where real growth happens.
Yes! I then often partner with another coaching professional to design an engagement to fit the needs of your organisation. Schedule a call or drop me an e-mail to see if, and how, we can best be of value.
Coaching is future-focused and action-oriented, centred on helping you achieve specific goals and unlock your potential. Therapy typically addresses past experiences, emotional healing, and mental health treatment. If you're dealing with clinical issues, therapy may be more appropriate.
I offer both virtual and in-person coaching. Virtual sessions work well for most clients and provide flexibility. For those based in, or visiting Geneva, Switzerland, we can also meet in person. We'll discuss what works best for you.
I'm based in Geneva, Switzerland and work with clients globally through virtual sessions. For those in Switzerland or visiting the region, in-person meetings are also possible.
The first step is always a conversation. No pressure, no commitment—just an open discussion about what you're looking for and whether coaching makes sense for you right now.
