For senior leaders and C-suite executives

Having led organisations and major transformations that deliver results, I know the pressure executives are under. I have also made conscious choices throughout my career, including my latest transformation to become a coach. With my experience, my formal training as a coach, and my desire to ensure each individual makes the choices that are right for them, I believe I can be of value. I will work with you to ensure you are living your fullest life and deliver success as defined by you.

Mentor Coaching

For emerging female professionals (0-5 years of professional experience)

Why this demographic? I recognise that corporate environments and society in general are still culturally "male" dominated. Being a gender equality advocate and with my corporate experience mentoring talent (as well as a wife in a corporate career and raising two daughters), I believe I am in a good position to help overcome the systemic challenges facing women early in their careers. I will support your growth in:

  • Finding your authentic voice and building leadership presence
  • Challenging limiting beliefs
  • Navigating workplace dynamics and norms

For women building careers on their own terms. Creating space to question expectations, recognise choices, and step into work that feels genuinely yours.
